The Sicamous Eagles Junior B Hockey Club will be hosting its 2021 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May the 4th at 6:30 pm.
Due to the current pandemic the AGM will be attended by all via ZOOM meeting. There will be no in person meeting.
To attend the AGM and Vote you must be a Society Member in good standing prior to the start of the AGM! To become a Society Member you must submit an e-transfer membership payment of $5.00 to sicamouseaglesbookkeeper@gmail.com. In the Message section of the e-transfer please include your Name(s) followed by “Eagles Membership” and your Email Address.
For example: “Rob Sutherland Eagles Membership sicamouseagleshc@gmail.com”

Society membership fees can also be accepted in cash by dropping it off in a sealed envelope addressed to Sheila Devost at the Sicamous District Chamber Office during business hours. Please include a note in the envelope that states “2021 Eagles Society Membership Fee for [Persons Name]”. Cash payments for Society Membership Fees can be submitted up to Friday, April 30, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
After your Society Membership Fee has been received, you will be sent a link to the ZOOM meeting and all materials that will be required for the meeting.

Please submit the completed form by dropping it off in a sealed envelope addressed to Sheila Devost at the Sicamous District Chamber Office during business hours. Nominations will be accepted up to Monday, May 3rd, 2021 at 4:00 pm. There will not be any nominations from the floor.
