The Sicamous Eagles are extremely happy to annouce the signing of local Sicamous product, Forward Owen Dewitt for the 2023-24 KIJHL season!
At 6’2 and 175 lbs, Owen is coming off a fantastic season with the Thompson Blazers AAA Hockey Club U17 AAA team where he put up 19 goals and 36 assists for 55 points in 36 games last season. Owen scored and added an assist as an Eagles affiliate last season in 1 game played. Assistant GM Rob Sutherland is very happy with Owen’s development since 2018/2019 when Dewitt was coached by Sutherland on the Sicamous JR Eagles Peewee Rep Tier 3 team.
