The Sicamous Eagles Junior B Hockey Club is pleased to announce the hiring of our new Head Coach – Nick Deschenes. Nick comes to the organization with experience coaching in the BCHL and the KIJHL, bringing the discipline and commitment to improving players through structured living and fitness. Nick is a former player in the AJHL, NCAA Yale University, AHL, ECHL, DEL (Germany), Italy Serie A, and the Netherlands. In addition to Nick on the bench we have also contracted Tyler Moore to step into the GM role.
Nick and Tyler will be taking over for the departing Coach Gerald Bouchard and GM Ron Sleeman. Ron and Gerald provided a calming influence and guidance to our team, helping build what we have here now. We thank both of them for their time and commitment.
