The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League has named Chase Campbell of the Sicamous Eagles as its Rookie of the Week for the period ending Feb.8.
Campbell netted the overtime game-winner in a 4-3 final against the Kelowna Chiefs, and set up the winner short-handed in a 4-1 win over the 100 Mile House Wranglers.
This is Campbell’s second Rookie of the Week selection.
